About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Perform basic MS Office operations, including documentation, letter drafting, and maintaining official records.
2. Handle official correspondence and communication in both Bengali and English (spoken and written).
3. Visit external offices for official coordination, submission of documents, and liaison activities as required.
4. Assist in organizing Council meetings, events, and other official engagements.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operational execution.
6. Be available for official travel outside Kolkata, when required for Council-related work.
