Key responsibilities:1. Complete number of successful guest post placements per month.
2. Quality and authority (DA/DR) of websites acquired.
3. Response and conversion rate of outreach emails.
4. Growth in referral traffic and backlinks.
Required skills & qualifications:
1. Proven experience in guest posting, link building, or blogger outreach.
2. Excellent written communication and persuasive email skills.
3. Knowledge of SEO best practices, link-building metrics (GA, DA, DR, traffic), and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream or Pitchbox.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Ability to craft personalized outreach messages (not templates).
6. Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools for tracking outreach campaigns.
