About the Job
We are looking for a results-oriented SEO & Meta Ads Specialist to manage both our organic and paid digital presence. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize strategies that drive qualified traffic, enhance online visibility, and deliver measurable business growth.Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
2. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
3. Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers for website improvements.
4. Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
5. Work closely with content and design teams to ensure SEO-friendly content and structure.
6. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
7. Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta platforms to drive leads, sales, and engagement.
8. Create and test ad creatives, audiences, and formats for optimal performance.
9. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
10. Generate reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
11. Stay updated on Meta advertising policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications & skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2 years of experience in SEO and Meta Ads Management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.
Proficiency with: Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid media platforms.
