Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and delivering engaging sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
2. Providing personalized coaching and feedback to sales representatives to optimize performance.
3. Collaborating with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies.
4. Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
5. Creating and maintaining sales training materials, resources, and tools.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their training needs are met.
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our sales training program.
