About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Lead generation & prospecting:
1. Assist in identifying potential clients through online research, cold calling, and referrals.
2. Create and maintain a database of prospective customers.
3. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
B. Sales support & coordination:
1. Support the sales team during presentations, demos, and client meetings.
2. Coordinate with internal departments for proposals, quotations, and documentation.
3. Follow up with clients for updates, feedback, and clarifications.
C. Client communication:
1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
2. Share product/service information professionally and clearly.
3. Maintain regular and polite communication with prospects.
D. Product & market understanding:
1. Learn about the company’s products/services and understand the value proposition.
2. Study industry trends, competitor offerings, and market expectations.
E. Reporting & documentation:
1. Maintain lead status, follow-up details, and daily updates in CRM or Excel sheets.
2. Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
3. Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and basic MIS reports.
F. Training & development:
1. Participate in sales training programs, product training, and soft skills workshops.
2. Apply learnings in day-to-day activities to improve performance.
3. Develop confidence in handling client interactions independently.
