Key Responsibilities:1. Qualifying leads and providing first-level counseling.
2. Explaining courses and career opportunities.
3. Driving the end-to-end admissions process.
4. Following up and managing conversion activities.
5. Conducting counseling sessions and presentations.
6. Maintaining accurate CRM records and daily reports.
7. Building trust with students and parents.
8. Staying updated on EdTech trends and job market insights.
9. Collaborating with marketing and admissions teams.
10. Representing BIA professionally.
Note: Candidates who complete the probation successfully will be offered a full-time academic counselor role in the 7–9 LPA salary range.
