About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
2. Handle inbound inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer questions.
3. Generate leads and follow up regularly to close sales.
4. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM or Excel sheets).
5. Coordinate with the sales team for on-ground sales or client visits as required.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
7. Collect feedback from customers to improve sales and service quality.
8. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
