Key responsibilities:1. Handle incoming calls and enquiries for real estate projects.
2. Provide detailed information on project location, pricing, amenities, approvals, and offers.
3. Convert enquiries into qualified leads.
4. Call potential customers from marketing and database leads.
5. Pitch project details clearly and confidently to generate interest. Follow up with prospects to schedule site visits.
6. Update lead status, call logs, and follow-up details in CRM/Google Sheets.
Maintain consistent communication with the sales team for smooth handovers.
Achieve targets for calls, leads qualified, and site visits booked.
