About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Generate new business leads via cold calling, references, digital inquiries, and market research.
2. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified prospects.
B. Customer Engagement & Sales
1. Conduct meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and present solar solutions.
2. Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to convert leads into sales.
3. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring timely completion of contracts and agreements.
C. Channel & Partner Development (B2B)
1. Identify, onboard, and support business channel partners.
2. Build long-term partner relationships to generate recurring business.
3. Provide training, marketing support, and sales assistance to partners.
D. Revenue & Market Growth
1. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for direct and channel-driven sales.
2. Upsell and cross-sell products and services wherever applicable.
3. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
E. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable feedback.
F. Collaboration & Brand Representation
1. Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams for smooth order execution.
2. Share customer insights to improve products and services.
3. Represent SolarCraft Renewables professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and events, promoting the company’s mission of clean energy adoption.
