About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Contact inbound/outbound leads interested in trading and guide them through account opening & activation.
2. Explain trading account features, margin requirements, platforms, segments.
3. Assist clients with KYC, onboarding documentation, and verification steps.
Handle objections related to brokerage, platform doubts, risk queries, capital size, etc.
4. Ensure daily follow-ups until trading account activation and first deposit.
5. Maintain proper CRM records, lead stages, and daily conversion reports.
6. Build long-term client relationships for ongoing trading support and platform usage.
7. Coordinate with the broking operations team to resolve client issues quickly.
