About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Program partnerships & outreach:
1. Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and student-led communities.
2. Create win-win academic partnerships that bring real-world exposure to students.
3. Organize and manage offline/online events: boot camps, webinars, hackathons, and competitions.
B. Community building & recruitment:
1. Lead the entire recruitment process of campus leaders across India.
2. Onboard high-potential students who can represent KC on their campuses, drive brand awareness, and act as a bridge between the company and the student community.
3. Nurture leadership talent and create a culture of excellence among student reps.
C. Mentorship & leadership enablement:
1. Train, manage, and coach a team of campus leaders.
2. Set clear KPIs and guide them on outreach, conversions, and event activations.
3. Lead with empathy, a performance-first mindset, and long-term thinking.
D. Brand & marketing execution:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team and campus reps to create buzz-worthy campaigns.
2. Use storytelling, reels, memes, and campus experiences to drive awareness.
3. Experiment with digital + grassroots strategies that get real results.
E. Sales enablement (with substance):
1. Collaborate with sales and product teams to generate qualified leads from campuses. Empower your reps to pitch the value of KC programs- not with jargon, but with belief.
2. Drive conversions through honest conversations, not hard-selling.
