About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day sales support, order fulfillment, and operational logistics across various sales channels, including our e-commerce platforms and physical events.1. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management
i) Process Orders: Accurately pack and prepare products for shipment according to specific platform requirements.
ii) Platform Coordination: Coordinate all shipping and logistics activities directly with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) and other sales channels.
iii) Shipping Documentation: Punch (process/generate) necessary shipping labels, invoices, and other fulfillment documentation.
iv) Inventory Coordination: Liaise with the inventory team to ensure stock accuracy for fulfillment needs.
2. Data Management & Administration
i) Sales Data Entry: Perform routine and accurate data entry of sales figures, inventory movements, and expenses primarily using Microsoft Excel and online accounting tools
ii) Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical records related to sales, shipping, and event performance.
3. Event Management & Sales
i) Stall Setup: Set up and manage the company's retail stall or booth at various events, trade shows, and pop-ups.
ii) Direct Sales: Actively engage with customers and conduct sales transactions during organized events.
iii) Event Reporting: Track and report on sales and customer feedback gathered during events.
