About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Managing sales of home loan products by driving daily acquisition efforts
2. Sourcing business through open market through different channels and activities by engaging potential customers
3. Handling the development, preparation and promotion of home loan programs
4. Understanding the customer requirement with regard to home loan and explaining the fullest information about the product and process
5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the clients for repeat business or referrals
6. Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files for sanctions, and coordinating for disbursement of loans
7. Ensuring the achievement of the given business target
8. Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales
9. Converting the leads effectively
