Key Responsibilities:1. Articulate technical capabilities clearly to clients and prospects
2. Identify and maintain relationships with prospective clients
3. Provide technical support to clients as needed
4. Conduct telecalling activities for all prospective clients
5. Prepare sales decks using Microsoft PowerPoint for prospective clients
6. Discuss and encourage workshop or webinar prospects to join training sessions
7. Collect feedback forms, provide certificates, and share bonuses after webinars
8. Visit clients to understand new requirements and deliver materials to pharma factories across India
9. Support colleagues in managing clients, courses, workshops, and webinars
10. Contact and follow up with prospective clients to understand their needs and communicate product or service value
11. Articulate trainings, services, and products effectively to all prospective clients
