About the Job
Key responsibilities:1) Develop, execute, and continuously refine strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed
revenue targets.
2) Identify, generate, and convert cold and warm leads into long-term clients.
3) Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities; maintain
accurate and up-to-date pipeline data.
4) Employ sales automation, email outreach, and document management tools for
efficiency (e.g., proposal generation, quote tracking).
5) Produce and deliver professional proposals/quotations; follow up on document status and closing.
6) Analyze sales performance data (conversion rates, deal size, cycle times) and
provide regular forecasting, reports, and insights to senior management.
7) Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and with operations to ensure
service delivery matches client expectations.
8) Mentor junior sales personnel (when applicable) and contribute to process
improvements in the sales function.
