About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements: Identify the needs, preferences, and budget of prospective customers to recommend the most suitable property options.
2. Coordinate site visits: Plan, schedule, and oversee property site visits to provide clients with a clear understanding of available options.
3. Maintain client records: Keep the CRM or client database fully updated with all interactions, details, requirements, and progress throughout the sales cycle.
4. Follow up consistently: Engage in regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to support conversions and drive sales outcomes.
5. Support deal closures: Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth, efficient, and timely deal closures.
6. Product knowledge mastery: Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the company’s projects, pricing, amenities, and unique selling points to communicate effectively with clients.
7. Respond promptly: Address client inquiries quickly and accurately to ensure clarity and a positive customer experience.
8. Provide exceptional service: Deliver a high standard of service to build trust, strengthen client relationships, and encourage long-term loyalty.
