About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Engage with prospective leads generated through online real estate marketplaces
such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and our company website.
2. Contact and follow up with potential buyers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their property requirements.
3. Present project features, unit options, amenities, and pricing to clients clearly and persuasively.
4. Maintain and update the CRM/lead tracker with all client interactions, follow-ups, and meeting details.
5. Coordinate site visits for interested customers and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to booking.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
7. Assist the sales manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular feedback from prospective buyers to improve the sales approach and marketing strategy.
8. Collaborate with the digital marketing and operations team for smoother lead handling and conversion tracking.
