Role: Real Estate Sales ExecutiveLocation: Patna, Bihar

Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate investment sector.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding investment needs and providing tailored property solutions.
3. Conduct property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
5. Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and developments.
6. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and investors.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
Must own a 2/4 wheeler, laptop, and smartphone.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Creative mindset with a focus on business growth strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
Knowledge of Patna’s real estate market.
Experience in investment sales or handling HNI clients.
