About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling German language courses to prospective students and professionals. The role primarily involves cold calling, lead follow-up, and closing sales — all conducted over phone and online platforms.If you have excellent English communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect with people, we’d love to have you on board!
Key responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential leads through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
2. Explain course details, benefits, and outcomes to interested candidates.
3. Identify student needs and recommend the most suitable German language course.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
5. Maintain lead and sales data accurately in CRM systems.
6. Build strong relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
7. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
Prior experience in inside sales, edtech, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
