We partner with top developers and provide end-to-end real estate solutions — from marketing to closing deals — ensuring seamless experiences for clients and investors alike. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives and Sales Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate leads and manage inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital campaigns.
2. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
3. Conduct site visits and provide property presentations to potential buyers.
4. Manage end-to-end sales process — from lead conversion to deal closure.
5. Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and coordinate documentation.
6. Maintain daily follow-ups and update CRM or lead sheets.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
8. Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
9. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new project launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 1–6 years of experience in real estate sales (luxury, residential, or commercial).
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
5. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building.
6. Knowledge of RERA guidelines and basic real estate documentation is a plus.
7. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office preferred.
