Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
2. Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and pricing
4. Build and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
5. Assist clients with documentation, legal formalities, and loan processes
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
7. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals using CRM tools
