About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Operations Management:
Act as the primary liaison between the company and on-ground caretakers at various properties
Ensure properties are maintained to brand standards and guest expectations
Oversee check-in/check-out processes, issue resolutions, and daily operational updates
2. Owner Partnerships & Expansion:
Identify and onboard new villas and studios across Maharashtra
Pitch revenue-sharing models and negotiate terms with property owners
Maintain long-term relationships with property partners and ensure mutual satisfaction
3. Revenue Growth & Reporting:
Work closely with the leadership team to drive occupancy and revenue targets
Track performance of listed properties and provide insights for improvement
Monitor and manage budgets related to operations and owner payouts
