About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Source and manage vendors for college activation projects across multiple locations.
2. Negotiate costs, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain profitability on each project.
3. Coordinate with the client servicing and production teams to understand requirements.
4. Prepare cost estimates, maintain cost sheets, and ensure accurate billing.
5. Supervise event setup, branding installations, and logistics on ground.
6. Maintain a database of vendors (fabricators, manpower suppliers, logistics, printing, etc.) by region
7. Track and verify vendor invoices, payments, and delivery timelines.
8. Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met during activations.
