About the Job
As a Sales Desk Executive, you will be responsible for presenting product offerings, negotiating accommodation rates, and closing deals. You will also focus on maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients while working towards achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will identify Opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling services such as Food & Beverages or events, to maximise revenue and enhance the overall client experience.Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about available properties and services.
2. Assist guests with making reservations via calls, email, or the website.
3. Process payments and confirm reservations.
4. Upsell additional services and F&B to increase revenue.
5. Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions in the company database.
6. Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
7. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Note: HSC is mandatory, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
