About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Admissions & enrollments:
1. Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets for various programs (ACCA, CFA, FM, etc.).
2. Convert inquiries into enrollments within defined conversion ratios.
3. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.
B. Lead management & follow-up:
1. Handle incoming inquiries via walk-ins, calls, social media, and emails.
2. Ensure timely and effective follow-up of all leads to maximize conversions.
3. Maintain daily call logs and lead reports.
C. Counselling & student guidance:
1. Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students/parents.
2. Understand students’ career goals and guide them towards suitable programs.
3. Provide complete and accurate information on courses, eligibility, fees, and timelines.
D. Center coordination & support:
1. Coordinate with faculty, operations, and marketing teams for smooth batch execution.
2. Maintain updated schedules of upcoming batches and inform students accordingly.
3. Support center activities — events, seminars, and orientation programs.
E. Customer experience & retention:
1. Ensure a positive and professional experience for every visitor/prospect.
2. Handle student queries and grievances efficiently.
3. Maintain relationships with existing students for referrals and feedback.
F. Reporting & documentation:
1. Submit daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
2. Track and report performance against KRA/KPI targets.
3. Maintain an updated database of all inquiries and enrollments.
G. Marketing & outreach support (optional):
1. Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
2. Represent the institute at education fairs or campus events.
