About the Job

Sales Executive - Software Solutions

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic sales executive to join our team at Dataseed Tech. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 month of experience in selling software development or IT solutions.
You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored software solutions. The role also includes supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities:

A. Sales & client engagement:

1. Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
2. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant software development services.
3. Schedule and conduct product demos or introductory meetings.
4. Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads.

B. Marketing support:

1. Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
2. Help update and maintain the company website.
3. Manage social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for brand outreach.
4. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Salary
Probation: 
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000/month (only for freshers)

After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,25,000 /year
