Role Overview:As a Sales Executive at Defy Aerospace, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools to enhance lead generation and conversions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
4. Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
5. Engage in social media and digital marketing efforts to promote Defy’s training and service offerings.
6. Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
7. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
8. Communicate clearly and professionally with both domestic and international clients in fluent English or Hindi.
