Key responsibilities:
A. Lead qualification and quotation:
1. Qualify inbound inquiries and prepare quotations and proforma invoices
B. Lead generation & prospecting:
1. Identify potential customers through market research and networking.
2. Reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
C. Sales conversion:
1. Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
D. Customer relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
2. Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
E. Coordination:
1. Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.
2. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
F. Reporting & analysis:
1. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer data in CRM software.
2. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
