Role Summary: Support the sales team by managing enquiries, follow-ups, internal coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth conversion from lead to order.Key Responsibilities:
Track and follow up on sales enquiries and proposals
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, and Accounts teams
Maintain sales pipeline, trackers, and reports (Excel / CRM)
Handle client communication and meeting coordination
Manage quotations, proposals, and order documentation
Required Skills:
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in sales support / coordination role
