About the Job
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Direct Sales & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our outreach and growth initiatives.The ideal candidate is a BBA/MBA graduate with at least 1–3 years of experience in direct sales (preferably in the education sector) and a strong understanding of digital marketing. You should be persuasive, self-driven, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the education space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and revenue targets by connecting with schools, educational institutions, and parents for Career-Mitra’s assessment and counselling services across Rajasthan.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, counsellors, and educators to form long-term collaborations.
3. Conduct parent outreach through school talks, webinars, and engagement programs.
4. Use communication channels — calls, WhatsApp, and meetings — to convert leads into registrations.
5. Collaborate with the digital marketing agency/team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
6. Present Career-Mitra’s value proposition clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
7. Maintain and update lead data, follow up regularly, and achieve monthly outreach targets.
Represent Career-Mitra at education fairs, workshops, and other industry events.
