About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound leads from online campaigns, property listings, and referrals.
2. Make outbound calls to follow up with potential investors and introduce Ribitto’s fractional ownership model.
3. Clearly explain investment benefits, process, and property details to interested leads.
4. Maintain accurate lead information, call logs, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
5. Coordinate with the Investor Relations team for property visits, online demos, and documentation.
6. Schedule meetings between potential investors and the senior advisory/sales team.
7. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
8. Gather feedback and investor insights to help improve the sales pitch and marketing strategy.
9. Represent Ribitto with professionalism and uphold ethical sales practices.
10. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and regular performance reviews.
