About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Identify opportunities through tele-calling, marketing events & advertisements to generate enrollments.
3. Convert leads into sales by resolving student concerns and guiding them through the enrollment process.
4. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
5. Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
6. Maintain sales records and provide sales reports regularly.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
8. Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure progression of leads from identification to closure.
9. Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audiences and weekly closure by continuous follow-up.
