Position: Sales Executive – E-Commerce Business (VOILA® Vertical)
Experience: 0–3 years
Salary: As per company norms
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate B2B sales leads through cold calling, data mining, and other prospecting methods.
2. Identify decision-makers and initiate the sales process effectively.
3. Conduct client visits, acquire new customers, and maintain accurate sales records.
4. Attend onsite client meetings within the assigned city or region.
5. Manage the complete sales cycle — including prospecting, approaching, client meetings, understanding requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, handling objections, and closing sales.
6. Explain the Alibaba platform, its features, and benefits to prospective clients.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and satisfaction.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
9. Acquire exporters, manufacturers, and wholesalers to onboard them onto the B2B marketplace.
10. Local candidates are preferred; must possess excellent communication, convincing, and presentation skills.
