About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Lead Conversion and Closing
1. Respond to new inquiries and messages, primarily on Fiverr.
2. Understand client requirements and confidently pitch services.
3. Negotiate pricing and terms within the given guidelines.
4. Act as a closer by moving conversations toward a clear yes or no without delays.
B. Client Meetings
1. Schedule and attend client meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, or Fiverr when required.
2. Present services clearly and professionally.
3. Take brief notes during or after meetings and update internal records.
C. Reporting and Handover
1. Maintain accurate chat logs, notes, and status updates for each lead.
2. Prepare an end-of-shift report covering pending chats, discussion summaries, and next steps.
3. Update trackers, Google Sheets, or CRM with new leads and follow-up dates.
D. General
1. Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
2. Follow existing templates and guidelines for replies, offers, and follow-ups.
3. Share useful client feedback to help improve services and the sales process.
