About the Job
Flower Mandi is a wholesale flower supply platform making fresh flowers affordable and accessible to retailers, decorators, event planners, and businesses — now online. We are looking for a driven Direct Sales Executive to expand our customer base by building relationships with retailers, event managers, temples, hotels, and florists. The role requires field sales, lead generation, and customer account management.Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential B2B customers (retail shops, event planners, hotels, decorators, mandir committees, etc.) in assigned areas.
2. Pitch Flower Mandi’s product range, pricing, and delivery benefits.
3. Generate leads, convert them into sales, and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
5. Collect market insights on pricing, competitors, and demand trends.
6. Ensure timely order collection and coordination with the operations team.
7. Maintain daily sales reports in Zoho (or CRM provided).
