Key responsibilities:1. Handle incoming client inquiries related to websites, ERP, mobile apps, and other IT services.
2. Schedule client meetings or demos with internal teams.
3. Maintain and update client information and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
4. Ensure consistent follow-ups and excellent client communication.
5. Build a strong and professional first impression of Ebslon Infotech with every interaction.
6. Make outbound calls to potential leads for follow-ups and client engagement.
7. Understand and document client requirements clearly.
