Key responsibilities:A. Lead Conversion & Counselling
1. Handle incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, ads and referrals
2. Understand the needs of gym trainers, freshers and working professionals
3. Explain course benefits, career opportunities, exam details and certification value
4. Convert inquiries into enrollments through a consultative approach
B. Sales Follow-Ups & Closing
1. Maintain strong follow-up discipline via WhatsApp, calls and email
2. Overcome objections related to fees, eligibility and course outcomes
3. Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
C. CRM & Lead Management
1. Manage daily leads on CRM
2. Keep records updated for follow-ups, closures and pipeline
3. Maintain high quality of communication and professionalism
D. Relationship Building
1. Build strong rapport with trainers, gym owners and fitness professionals
2. Encourage referrals and long-term associations
3. Ensure every lead feels valued, respected, and properly guided
E. Product Knowledge
1. Learn and master all course details (NASM, CES, CPT, Gym Management, etc.)
2. Present courses confidently during calls or center visits
