Key responsibilities:1. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with school decision-makers (principals, directors, and coordinators).
2. Communicate with prospects using a positive, solution-oriented, relationship-driven approach.
3. Explain market changes, CBSE requirements, and how Edumonics’ AI system solves their challenges.
4. Handle both inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
5. Qualify leads and identify high-potential schools for demos.
6. Schedule product demos and ensure smooth coordination with the internal team.
7. Persuade prospects through strong follow-ups and clear value communication.
8. Convert qualified prospects into paying clients through a structured sales funnel.
9. Maintain accurate CRM entries for leads, calls, meetings, and follow-up actions.
10. Share real-time feedback from school interactions with the product and growth teams to improve offerings.
