Job summary:We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing cloud solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering the right cloud and communication solutions. The role involves proactive calling, maintaining client relationships, and accurate reporting of daily sales activities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and reach out to local businesses via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Present and promote Windows VPS, SMS packages, hosting, and email solutions to potential clients.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend the right solutions from CapricornCorp’s product portfolio.
4. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales and build long-term business relationships.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
6. Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the cloud services industry.
8. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
