Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound/outbound leads and explain project details to potential buyers.
2. Schedule and conduct property site visits.
3. Negotiate, close bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
5. Coordinate with CRM and finance teams for smooth documentation.
Qualification: Graduate/relevant experience
Experience: 6 Months – 2 years in real estate sales
Key skills:
Excellent English communication + proficiency in 2 regional languages
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Lead generation and follow-up ability
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Own vehicle for client visits is an advantage.
