About the Job
Company: Rionova Wellness (Brand: Rawvitals)Location: Bangalore (work from anywhere, field / remote sales possible)
Job Type: Full-time | Entry Level
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and approach retail shops, wellness stores, distributors, gyms, ayurveda outlets etc.
2. Generate new leads and convert them into paying customers.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum commitment required).
4. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat orders.
5. Report weekly sales activity and progress.
What We Offer
Fixed Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (for active effort & minimum targets).
Incentives: 5–7% of sales achieved (no upper cap – higher sales = higher income).
Earnings Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month depending on performance.
Flexible working style – we don’t care when/where/how you work, only sales matter.
Requirements
1. Freshers welcome (0–2 years experience).
2. Strong communication & convincing skills.
3. Self-driven, target-oriented, and hungry to earn.
4. Basic knowledge of health/wellness industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
