About the Job
Key responsibilities:1.Handle all inbound and outbound membership inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
2. Convert trial class participants and inquiries into active members.
3. Maintain follow-ups with potential clients and track progress through CRM or internal tools.
4. Build and sustain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
5. Coordinate with the front desk and teaching team to ensure smooth client onboarding and communication.
6. Achieve monthly membership targets and support marketing campaigns through timely follow-ups.
7. Prepare and share weekly sales performance reports with management.
