About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound leads and generate new leads through calls/WhatsApp/LinkedIn/local networks.
2. Pitch A2Z SMS solutions (Bulk SMS, Voice, WABA, RCS, DLT) to business owners and marketing teams.
3. Understand client needs and recommend the right messaging/automation solution.
4. Demonstrate product benefits, pricing, and onboarding process confidently.
5. Close deals and achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets.
6. Maintain lead and client data in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
7. Coordinate with the technical/onboarding team for smooth client activation.
8. Follow up with prospects regularly until closure.
9. Build long-term relationships with existing clients for renewals and upsells.
10. Track daily sales activity and submit simple performance reports.
11. Attend site/office meetings if required (for local clients).
12. Stay updated with WhatsApp API policies and messaging compliance basics.
