About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Client communication: connect with existing and potential customers via calls, whatsapp, and email to generate and follow up on orders.
2. Order processing: handle end-to-end order management — from taking customer requirements to coordinating dispatch and delivery.
3. Customer relationship management: maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Record keeping: update and manage client databases, sales reports, and order records accurately.
5. Sales support: assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other documentation as required.
6. Query handling: address client queries promptly and coordinate with relevant internal teams for quick resolutions.
7. Follow-ups: track pending payments, repeat orders, and client feedback to ensure smooth operations.
8. Coordination: work closely with sales, accounts and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
9. Reporting: share daily/weekly updates on client interactions and sales progress with the management team.
