About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and research potential customers across e-commerce and quick commerce brands
2. Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls with clear, personalised messaging
3. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP, use case, and buying intent
4. Identify customer pain points and translate them into compelling outreach and conversations
5. Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and growth goals
6. Book high-quality demos/meetings for the sales team
7. Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
8. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach playbooks
9. Continuously optimise outreach strategies based on response and conversion data
10. Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong interest and passion for the e-commerce and quick commerce space
2. Ability to quickly understand business problems and articulate them clearly
3. Skill in translating pain points into relevant, personalised outreach
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Comfort with cold outreach and early-stage sales conversations
6. Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented
7. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
