About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound and inbound sales calls: Initiate calls in APAC/EMEA/India Markets to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
2. Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries or requests, providing information and closing sales.
3. Needs assessment: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
4. Record keeping: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of all interactions.
5. Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to potential customers.
6. Feedback and reporting: Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights, market trends, and sales performance.
7. Product knowledge: Stay informed about product features, services, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
