Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution.
3. Prepare and share regular sales reports, track targets, and support the sales team with performance data.
