The Souled Store is looking for people to join the team as a retail associate with a minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience with fashion and apparel brands. As the retail associate at The Souled Store, you will be in charge of leading our organization's retail efforts. The role will involve interactions with a diverse group of people. A ‘roll up your sleeves and get it done’ leadership style. Marked by a high level of energy and attention to detail. Must be comfortable operating in a matrix and a constantly changing environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
2. Learn, unlearn, and relearn store practices as required
3. Stay highly driven, energetic, and act as a team player
4. Sell, upsell, and cross-sell based on customer requirements
5. Communicate offers clearly and listen to customer needs before pitching products
6. Build strong rapport with customers to ensure loyalty and recurring business
7. Report daily sales performance to the headquarters
