About the Job
We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Associate to lead our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives — from lead generation to conversion. The role requires someone who can design and execute effective sales strategies, manage a team of Sales Interns, and ensure strong revenue growth aligned with company goals.Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement GTM strategies focused on TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU sales funnel stages.
2. Lead the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, nurturing, pitching, negotiation, to conversion.
3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Interns to execute outreach and GTM campaigns.
4. Identify and build partnerships, channels, and opportunities for business expansion.
5. Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
6. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align GTM efforts and optimize conversion rates.
7. Regularly analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management.
