As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while accurately processing sales transactions.Key responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers with a smile and assisting them with their purchases
2. Operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
3. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
4. Making an invoice of the purchases made by customers
5. Maintaining the Database of Computers by politely asking their name and number at the time of invoice
6. Making GST Einvoice for B2B Customers on ERP (Training will be given)
7. Creating an Indent of the Products needed from H.O. (Training will be given)
8. Making an entry of the Closing Stock at the outlet every month
9. Maintaining a database of credit invoices and following up on their payment
10. Monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed
11. Providing product information and recommendations to customers
12. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
13. Utilizing computer skills for data entry and generating sales reports
